MAR Real Estate Advisors ("MAR", "we", "us") is a real estate advisory with offices in Milan, Italy and Paris, France. We can be contacted at info@mar-re.it.

We collect the following personal data:

  • Contact information you provide via our inquiry form (name, email, phone).
  • Account information for Members area users (email, password hash via Clerk).
  • Usage data collected automatically when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form.
  • Provide access to the Members area for invited clients.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent, where given; (b) our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to inquiries; (c) performance of a contract, where applicable.

5. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Member account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Clerk (clerk.com) — authentication and member account management.
  • Resend (resend.com) — email delivery for contact form submissions.
  • Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — website hosting and infrastructure.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at info@mar-re.it or use the "Delete my account" function in your member profile.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for site functionality (authentication session). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
